Please read the instructions carefully and allow the test device and specimens to equilibrate to temperature (15ºC-30ºC) prior to testing.
1. Saliva, sputum sample: Unscrew the Sample Extraction Tube, use the sampling rod or a cotton swab to pick up fresh sputum or saliva samples (soak the cotton swab). Place the sampling rod or the cotton swab into the Sample Extraction Tube and shake and mix completely.
2. Stool Sample: Unscrew the Sample Extraction Tube and use the sampling rod to pick up fresh stool samples (equivalent to the size of a match ead), or alternatively swab the stool with a cotton swab. Place the sampling rod or the cotton swab into the Sample Extraction Tube and shake and mix completely until all the stool is dissolved.
3. Take the test cassette from the packaging bag, place it on a table, cut off the protrusion of the collection tube, and add 3 drops of the sample into the sample hole vertically.
4. Read the result after 15 minutes. If left unread for 20 minutes or more the results are invalid and a repeat test is recommended.
