Assay Principle
The interaction between HRP-RBD and human ACE 2(hACE 2) coated on microplate can be blocked by neutralizing antibodies that bound to HRP-RBD.The amount of HRP-RBD-hACE2 on the microplate can be indicated by reading at the wavelength of 450nm, and the absorbance of the samples isinversely related to the inhibition%of the active neutralizing antibodies.
