1. Is the test card in a sealed aluminum foil bag? How long does it take to use it after taking it out?
The test card is packed in a sealed aluminum foil bag and used within 30 minutes after opening.
2. Is the full blood collection tube 10ul?
An appropriate amount of blood is drawn from the blood collection tube, and a drop of blood is 10ul;
3. How much is the dilution?
Add 2 drops (about 70uL) of the diluent;
4. The result is displayed within 15 minutes, then how long does it mean to read the result afterwards? Is there a limit?
The result displayed within 15 minutes shall prevail. Excessive time shall not be regarded as the interpretation result.
5. How to save and discard the materials after sampling and testing?
After sampling and testing, it belongs to medical waste utensils, such as household use, it is recommended to soak in alcohol or 84 disinfectant solution.
Disinfection is hazardous waste disposal.

Detection steps:
1.Read the instruction first prior to testing. Bring the pouched test to room temperature(15-30ºC)prior to testing. Do not open the pouch until ready to begin testing.
2.Remove the test from the sealed pouch.Lay it on a flat,clean and dry surface.
3.Using the provided pipette,add 10μl fresh specimen to the sample well.
4.Hold the buffer bottle vertically and add 2 drops (approximate 80μl -100μl)to sample well.
5.Read results in 15 minutes.Don' t read after 15 minutes.
Interpretation results:
IgG&IgM Positive:Control line and T1 line & T2 line appear in the show window.
IgM Positive:Two colored lines appear,one is in T1 area and the other line is in Control area.
IgG Positive:Two colored lines appear,one is in T2 area and the other line is in Control area.
Negative:Only one line appears in Control Area,No line appears in T1/T2 area.
