Leinster postponed training until Tuesday because they are waiting for the latest PCR test results.

The Irish province said last week that three senior players and a staff member tested positive for Covid-19.

On Saturday, Leinster defeated Bath 45-20 in Dublin, kicking off the journey of the Heineken Champions Cup.

Their next game is an away game against French club Montpellier on Friday.

A statement posted on Leinster’s official website read: “In view of the positive Covid-19 case in Leinster Rugby prior to Saturday’s Heineken Champions Cup match against Bath Rugby, Leinster Rugby will be in its UCD today. The base conducts another round of complete antigen and PCR testing.

"As a further precaution, the training at UCD today has been postponed to tomorrow until all the results are confirmed.

"Before making this decision, IRFU (Irish Rugby Union) and EPCR (European Professional Rugby Club) have been consulted. This was made in the best interests of Leinster rugby players and staff."
